The Nigerian international player and ex Manchester United forward Odion Ighalo decided to leave
Saudi Arabian club Al Shabab and joined the rivals Al Hilal on one and a half year deal.
The 32 year old Nigerian international striker, who is the current top scorer in the Saudi Pro League with 12 goals this season,
moved to the Blue Waves in February last year.

He was also the top scorer of the African Cup of Nations of the tournament in 2019 in Egypt, Ighalo came back from international

retirement last November and recalled to the Nigeria squad for this year’s  AFCON campaign in Cameroon,

but unfortunately Al Shabab denied to let him participate the tournament.

Odion Ighalo used to play for many clubs in six different countries throughout his career like Norway, Italy, Spain, England, China
and Saudi Arabia.
And now he is looking forward to bring more silverware for his new club Al Hilal.
He was the top six goal scorers for Nigeria with 16 international goals for his country and played just only
two major tournaments for the Giant of Africa.
